I want to help you achieve your goals by exploring all available treatment options for your condition.  Frequently there is not a right choice and a wrong choice, but several good choices, each with some advantages.  I am reluctant to say that any one treatment is “necessary”.  I prefer to say that a particular strategy is much more attractive than the alternatives, or that one approach is standard.  We will decide together on the best strategy for you.
